Quality Line Operator at Marenor

We are currently looking for a Quality Line Operator responsible for quality control who wants to grow with us and ensure that quality remains in focus throughout the production process. Responsibilities

As a Quality Line Operator, you will play a central role in ensuring product quality in our factory. Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting and following up on quality controls according to routines and planned inspections.
• Supporting production staff in self-checks and quality deviations.
• Identifying and escalating quality issues that may arise in production.
• Investigating complaints.
• Performing sampling of raw materials and finished products for internal analysis or for distribution to external laboratories.
• Conducting receiving inspections.
• Promoting a hygienic and safe production environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• A quality mindset and the ability to work practically.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in quality work or similar tasks is an advantage.

Hygiene and Safety

Hygiene and food safety are of utmost importance in our production. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and has a structured approach to work. You will work to ensure and improve staff awareness of hygiene and quality issues to maintain a high hygiene standard in production.

Conditions

• Duration: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
• Working hours: 2-shift
• Salary: According to local agreement
• Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement
